About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to oversee and drive excellence across Human Resource Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Administration. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, optimizing HR processes, and ensuring a high-performance, employee-centric culture that supports organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations:
Lead and streamline HR processes including onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
Oversee HR technology platforms to enhance automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management programs.

2. Talent Acquisition (TA):
Design and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet business hiring needs.
Build and mentor a high-performing TA team to deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
Establish strong employer branding initiatives and leverage digital recruitment platforms.
Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower needs and plan proactive hiring pipelines.

3. Administration:
Oversee facility management, security, travel, and vendor relationships.
Ensure cost-effective and efficient administrative support across all offices.
Drive sustainability, workplace safety, and operational compliance.

4. Leadership & Strategy:
Partner with leadership to define and execute HR strategies aligned with business growth.
Provide strategic input on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Administration at a leadership level.
Strong understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and industry best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
Proficiency with HRIS tools and data analytics.

Qualification:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
20+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8years in a senior leadership role.
Exposure to IT Services, Consulting
