Role Overview:

The Delivery Lead will drive day-to-day execution of Project Nova workstreams, partnering closely with the US-based Overall Delivery Lead to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of a global Q2C transformation (Salesforce CPQ → ARM).

This is a hands-on delivery role, focused on sprint execution, dependency management, and delivery discipline across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sprint planning and own delivery for assigned workstreams
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies; escalate early
• Coordinate engineers across Functional Engineers, Salesforce Devs, integrations, and QA
• Enforce program guardrails (OOTB-first, minimal customization)
• Support SIT, UAT, and cutover readiness
• Provide clear weekly status updates to US Delivery Lead

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in technology delivery roles
• 3+ years leading enterprise transformation delivery
• Experience delivering CPQ solution
• Proven success working with US-based stakeholders

Preferred:

• ARM platform experience
• Distributed / offshore delivery leadership
• Salesforce CPQ & Billing experience
