Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Senior Business Executive to lead and expand key strategic accounts in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth,, new business development, and strategic client relationship management. This role demands strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Business Development & Revenue Growth:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact IT solutions.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell strategies to maximize account potential.
  • Own and grow relationships with key accounts and stakeholders at CXO levels.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending suitable IT solutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through continuous engagement and support.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute long-term account plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, client market dynamics, and competitor activities to proactively position solutions.
  • Provide input on service offerings, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Guide and mentor junior account managers and business development executives.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, presales, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery excellence.
  • Act as the escalation point for account-related issues, ensuring quick resolution.
Reporting & Forecasting:
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and performance metrics using CRM systems.
  • Report account health, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • 7 years of experience in sales, or business development in the IT services or consulting industry
  • Proven track record in managing large enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, complex deal cycles, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and client-first mindset.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
