Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Inside Sales Director to lead and scale our inside sales organization across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will drive global revenue growth, build high-performing teams, and establish best-in-class inside sales processes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global inside sales operations across regions (APAC, EMEA, US).
- Define and execute the inside sales strategy to achieve revenue, pipeline, and conversion targets.
- Build, mentor, and scale large inside sales teams including Managers, Team Leads, and ICs.
- Own global forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Field Sales, Product, and RevOps to ensure lead quality and conversion efficiency.
- Drive adoption of CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
- Establish standardized sales processes, playbooks, and best practices globally.
- Monitor sales KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement improvement plans.
- Handle enterprise and strategic customer engagements when required.
- Ensure compliance with global sales policies, pricing, and governance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Leadership roles.
- 7+ years in a senior leadership role managing large, multi-location inside sales teams.
- Strong experience in B2B / SaaS / IT Services / Technology sales.
- Proven track record of driving global revenue through inside sales models.
- Hands-on experience managing global quotas, forecasting, and revenue planning.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics.
- Experience working with international stakeholders and customers.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience setting up or scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Exposure to subscription-based or recurring revenue models.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
