Job Overview
As a US IT Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in the United States. You will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring high-quality IT professionals such as software developers, engineers, and analysts for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Use job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, along with social media platforms like LinkedIn, to find technical talent.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire process from initial candidate contact and technical screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Tax Term & Visa Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in US staffing terms, including W2, C2C, 1099, and various visa types like H1-B.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and coordinate closely with US-based hiring managers or account managers.
- Database Management: Accurately maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Ceipal or Bullhorn.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Prior experience in US IT recruitment is essential; for senior roles, at least 5-8 years is typically required.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory for interacting with US citizens and clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of various IT technologies and current market trends.
