Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager cum Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery of system integration projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with system integration, and proven ability to facilitate collaboration between customer and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management & Leadership
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and Business stakeholders.
  • Oversee SIT, UAT, Cut-over, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
• Scrum Master Duties
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
  • Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and foster continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment between customer teams and internal teams.
• System Integration Expertise
  • Provide hands-on guidance in system integration aspects.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration challenges.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability across platforms and applications.
• Team Management
  • Lead and mentor Dev/QA resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with dealing with Cross functional system integrations is recommended.
• 14+ years of experience overall and 7+ in Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in system integrations and data flows
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage SIT, UAT, Cut-over, Go-Live, and Hypercare processes.
• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) and PMP would be added advantage.
