Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager cum Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery of system integration projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with system integration, and proven ability to facilitate collaboration between customer and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management &
Leadership
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and Business stakeholders.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, Cut-over, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
- Scrum Master Duties
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and foster continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment between customer teams and internal teams.
- System Integration
Expertise
- Provide hands-on guidance in system integration aspects.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration challenges.
- Ensure seamless interoperability across platforms and applications.
- Team Management
- Lead and mentor Dev/QA resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with dealing with Cross functional system integrations is recommended.
- 14+ years of experience overall and 7+ in Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in system integrations and data flows
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage SIT, UAT, Cut-over, Go-Live, and Hypercare processes.
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) and PMP would be added advantage.
