About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Golang Developer (SDE I) with 1–3 years of experience to join the engineering team

The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in Golang, backend development, APIs, and problem-solving, with a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Golang.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Work with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.
• Develop unit tests and ensure code quality and reliability.
• Optimize application performance and contribute to improving existing services.
• Work on business-critical Procurement, Inwarding, and Fulfilment workflows within Supply Chain systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features within timelines.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Golang (Go).
• Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices.
• Understanding of backend development concepts.
• Basic understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and error handling in Go.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Good to Have

• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain, E-commerce, Procurement, Logistics, or Fulfilment systems.
