Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Drive overall sales strategy and revenue growth for IT Services offerings across target markets.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in enterprise accounts.
• Build a strong sales pipeline through strategic hunting, networking, and market penetration initiatives.
• Own and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Enterprise Sales & Client Acquisition
• Engage with CXOs, business leaders, and key decision-makers across industries.
Sell IT Services offerings including:
o Application Development & Maintenance
o Digital Transformation
o Cloud Services
o Data & Analytics
o AI/ML Solutions
o Product Engineering
o Managed Services
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
Account Management & Client Relationships
• Drive account mining, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Build long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise clients.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and business retention.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales within IT Services / Technology Services organizations.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.
• Strong experience in:
o New Business Development (Hunter role)
o Enterprise Sales o Account Management
o Consultative Selling
o Solution Selling

o Revenue Forecasting
o Sales Team Leadership
• Strong network within enterprise accounts across industries.
