Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure DevOps pipelines for OnDemand Workstation provisioning.

Manage and use Azure Artifacts to support pipeline and deployment workflows.

Configure and support Azure DevTest Labs resources, including workstation provisioning and environment settings.

Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks.

Work with GitHub repositories to manage source code, scripts, and configuration changes.

Investigate and resolve provisioning failures across pipelines and Azure resources.

Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) tasks, including access configuration and permission troubleshooting.

Document provisioning procedures, pipeline changes, and support guidance.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve reliability and reduce manual work.

Required Experience

Hands-on experience with Azure and Azure services.

Experience creating or maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines.

Familiarity with Azure Artifacts.

Experience with Azure DevTest Labs.

Strong PowerShell scripting skills.

Experience with GitHub and source control workflows.

Working knowledge of IAM concepts, roles, permissions, and access troubleshooting.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate findings clearly.
